So sweet!!! Emma and Caleb made dinner for Ben and I on Valentine's Day. It started with a beet salad, with goat cheese and walnuts, dressed with balsamic vinaigrette (thank you Jen Lehr for teaching me that trick!!!!), gluten free pasta with vegan sausage and marinara, and a vegan blueberry cobbler!!! Everything was fantastic!!!!! I told Ben, what am I doing!?? There's really no reason I should be cooking anymore. ;-)
